getting on google index

hi all,
my site, bloew, is just 1 week old. Does that alone mean I'm not indexed?

Using webmaster tools, verifying the site and checking for problems etc there is no info at all listed for my site.

I know google has crawled pages that link to my site (eg a blog of mine on wordpress and local classified sites) so do they just choose not to index it because it's brand new or is it likely to be banned for some reason?

I've checked the code is good etc, linked from related sites only, no outgoing links...

Everytime I list my site with them it shows within a month.

If your site has been accepted into the Open Directory, it may take anywhere from 2 weeks to several months for your site to be listed on partner sites which use the Open Directory data, such as AOL Search, Google, Netscape Search, Yahoo Search, and hundreds of other sites.
