unlimited bandwidth offers on the way out?

is it just me or have the unlimited bandwidth offers gone way down.. i dont see a lot of people asking for that kind of stuff now... i guess the customers are better informed now then they were about 12 months ago...

I do not think there's something like that, I mean some body pay for that.

no such thing as unlimited

, I tell some people who have moved from me because of the word unlimited in terms of space and bandwidth and they just say as long as there site stays up they dont mind, but yeah your right it seems to have gone way down but i think the rests for free hosting have too since the days of UBB.

There has never really been any hosting company that offers unlimited bandwidth. They say they offer it, but they only say that for a sales incentive. They do it so that they can try and increase sales. If you read their TOS, then it most probably says in small print the maximum amount of bandwidth you can us on a monthly basis.

This is also the same with ISP's.
