Link exchange with quallity sites!

Hi im after doing some link exchanges.

First Im after 2 sites with a google PR of atleast 6 to exchange with www.tech-forums.net you will recieve a botton and text link in one. Have a look under partnering forums and sites for an example. (my link on your site will be "Technology Forums")

Second im after as many exchanges as possible with www.tech-heaven.com with sites with a PR of 5 or higher. You will recieve a text link under "tech heaven reccomended" (my link on your site will be "Computer and PC Gaming News") (recieves over 3000 unique visitors per day!)

Front page links only please.

fyi- trading links with a site that has a high pr will not make your pr go up. infact, it could hurt your pr since its another outgoing link

outgoing links will not hurt your page rank
if anything it could help get you more traffic

for example - i used to run a shopping directory and one of the sites i listed was Gap

My stats showed that i was getting loads of hits through people searching through gap

the fact is - links, even outgoing links, are content and the more content your site has the more traffic it should have as more keywords etc can be searched by a spider
