3D Studio max designer needed.

I need to hire a 3d max designer for some simple tasks, He should pass a paid test period then we could make a larger amount of work, Will be paid by piece, mainly would be required to design a 3D project for buildings, I will provide the needed drawings by Auto cad then he should transfer them to 3d Pics with the shadows and needed effects. I would provide samples for what I need him/her to do.
