Looking to buy websites

I'm looking to buy websites so I can add it to my networks. Site has to be webmaster, tech, and/or game related (no online rpgs please) and have decent traffic. To me, decent traffic means at least 100 unique visitors a day and pagerank of 4 or better. My budget is $1500.
