I am looking for ideas on how we can attract more users to this forum...

I am also looking for ideas on what other features you might like here (auctions, store, arcade, etc.)

You could exchange links with sites like webdesignerforum.org

you could buy google advertising or overture advertising

arcades, store, and maybe pay per post would attract more people...submitting this to different search engine would be good to for exposure
