There has never really been any hosting company that offers unlimited bandwidth. They say they offer it, but they only say that for a sales incentive. They do it so that they can try and increase sales. If you read their TOS, then it most probably says in small print the maximum amount of bandwidth you can us on a monthly basis.
This is also the same with ISP's.
