This is a nice site, and I (for the most part) like your template. However, I have two complaints:

1) The "Advertise on WebmasterAds.com - Our Rates are Very Competitive" image at the top of every page doesn't seem to fit with everything else on the page (particularly the color/style of it).

2) Something in your pages is causing them to load slowly. It's probably a JavaScript being downloaded from another server.
