I currently have a chat site [ The Pub Chat - Free Online Chat - Come have quick one on us! ] that I am wanting to sell on. To be honest I just dont have the time anymore to keep it going and I have other sites that require my attention too.

I would also be greatful if any of you would be willing to give me a value that you think the site may be worth, to give me an idea of its value. I already have a price in mind but I would like to know how realistic it is.
