Please follow these rules when posting in the websites for sale forum. This will benefit you and other members and visitors.

This forum is for established websites with existing traffic or revenue. For Turnkey websites (we have another forum for those). If it's just a template we have another forum for those as well.

Give as many stats as possible - Traffic statistics (Can you verify them) , hosting costs and bandwidth figures, when domain expires and with whom. Posts will little or no details may be deleted.

Don't hijack other members sales threads - It isnt nice hijacking a fellow members sales thread - you wouldn't want it done to you. If you are not interested in the site then do not post in the thread - try and keep all posts in the thread related. If a member is breaking rules - pm a moderator and we will deal with it but keep the thread clean so potential buyers do not have to go through loads of posts not related to the sale of the site.

Be Professional - If it is clear that a member is ripping people off and not acting in a professional manner - they will be banned from the site indefinately. Although any risk is between the buyer and seller - it is our duty to limit this risk and keep the quality of members trading here high.
