Buying Ideas ... Half finished sites

Dear All

I'm looking to purchase half - finished sites. I'm sure we all have one hidden at the back of our computer somewhere.

Something along the lines of .. look I started this site ... never got it finished. I'm willing to sell it for $x.

I should point out a few more small details.

1/ I'm looking for sites that have a sports/sports betting/australian male potential audience. My desired target audience age 20-65 australian males.

2/ I'm prepared to think lateraly here ... I'm open to sites around the above themes.

I dont mind you coming to me and saying ... I can build this site for you .... I think it will be of interest to your target audience ... here is my quote.
