Discussion forums wanted

Hello,

I'm looking for established forums to buy.

I'm only interested in forums with traffic. Here are the requirements:

1000+ members
150,000 Alexa ranking or better
20+ posts per day

I'm willing to pay up to $5000 for a good forum.

I'm also interested in high traffic websites that are not forums.
