Website Wanted - any topic ... transact within 48hrs

I am a website buyer representing a company in Japan. Monthly target 30 websites. Immediate transaction in US$. All Request will be replied in 48hrs ... except weekends.

Criteria:
1. The content must not infringe any copyright to your best understanding.
2. Minimum 10 pages.

Preference:
1. Any Topic .. no special preference.
2. Traffic not critical
3. Any page rank welcome ... even PR 0

Please do not email if you only have domain name but without content.

Some Hint:
My Boss choose by prices ... the cheaper the better. For fast transaction ... quote as low as you can. Any quote more than US$88 do not need to apply.

Exception:
If you have sites with PR 5 and above to sell ... quote any price you like. Reply in 72hrs ... except weekends.

Don't you think the $25,000 price tag on that riduculous auction is a little over his requested limit of $88. Let's see...$24,912 too much. Suprised this post was even posted. You're a funny guy Scott!
